CVN will contact you after your application is submitted within 1 or 2 days to inform you whether your application is accepted.  After the application is been accepted, we ask you to pay your deposit of $200 (please note this is non-refundable) if you choose not to go of your total program fee within 7 working days via money gram/ western union/vigo) or through CVN organization account below.
Deposit is not as part program fee, it is not an additional charge but use to cater for office expenses and other miscellaneous and adverts.  CVN guarantees you placement after full payment of program fees is due 30days before the volunteers arrival, information about your program, host  family  and other information to you in a possible time at least a week.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelation after acceptance and prior to placement confirmation –the deposit is forfeited.
  • Cancellation after confirmation of placement 50% of the program fee is forfeited.
  • No show or early Departure from program 100% of program is forfeited.

DOCTORS: If you have serious problem, contact the office or ring your embassy and ask them for a list of doctors {Ghanaian embassy has their own} Ho regional hospital, kpando hospital, Hohoe hospital, Nkwanta south hospital etc. are recommended.

SAVE TIME: Finding an appropriate where you can give a hand takes time and is often unfeasible to do from home. This can be frustrating, especially if you only have several weeks or months in the country.
Because of the projects, we can ensure you hit the ground running and make full use of your time overseas.

DRINKING WATER: Water for our volunteers is a matter we take so serious and make contain that volunteers drink treated water.

We can get you fit treated and hygienically battle or packed water.

LANDRY: Your  lost brother, sister, or mother assist you with your Landry but it is not an obligation, learn to wash your clothing with your hands in several buckets, enjoy the sun drying your clothes and African fragrance in your clothes.

YOUR SAFETY AND  SUPPORT: When you pay for the services of an organisation such as the CVN- you can be sure that whatever happens, there will be someone close by to help you out. This means that you can travel with self-assurance to Ghana that you might not have measured.


process for participants (must complete at least one (1) month before start date)

  • . Obtain passport (valid at lead next 6 months)

. Obtain visa for Ghana       (g)  Visit your travel doctor for vaccinations & health advice. (h) Yellow Fever Vaccination is required/ immunizations are recommended.
i. Hepatitis A; Hepatitis B, TitanusDiphthena, Ant- Malaria medications Rabies (Not essential but recommended) if you expect to come into contact with wild animals or placement working with animals Typhoid.(Note: Visit a physician who specializing in international travel at least one month if not longer prior to your trip)

m. Medical Volunteers: Medical and nursing student must send us a letter from their school advisor confirming enrolment status.
